I just left a few lines as stem for a future article, but the text published by the website Artnews was written by us. Many informations are factual. So I don't know very well haw to express them otherwise :o) Silanxieuse (talk) 21:33, 31 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

After verification on artnews.org (http://artnews.org/concept.php) it is clearly mentionned that : "All rights for materials presented on Artnews.org belong to the artists and authors". And I publishd this text on Wikipedia wirh the consent of the artist. How could I prove there is no copyright ptoblem ? Silanxieuse (talk) 09:05, 1 August 2010 (UTC)[reply]

To use text identical to theirs (or not), we would have to confirm with them directly that they either used our text, in which case they need to state as such on their website, per our licensing requirements, or that they wrote it themselves before the date we posted it. in any case, i have rewritten the text enough that they could not claim copyright.Mercurywoodrose (talk) 16:22, 29 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
They also dont seem to be a reliable source, as they seem to be editable by anyone. ARTNews.COM is the better known source, but i cant find him mentioned there (probably because its an art not a photography magazine)Mercurywoodrose (talk) 16:45, 29 October 2010 (UTC)[reply]
