– Te name should be change because I proposed the name of the larger more significant town of Kostrzyn nad Odrą be changed to simply Kostrzyn as per WP:COMMONNAME, so this much less significant villages' name should be changed accordingly to specify its Voivodeship, which is common place among Polish village and settlement articles. Support 1st as there doesn't seem like a clear primary topic since Kostrzyn nad Odrą is probably sometimes just "Kostrzyn" and it has 905 views, Kostrzyn, Masovian Voivodeship has 10 compared with only 191[[1]] for this one, oppose 2nd as the Polish Wikipedia uses the longer name and it doesn't seem primary for the single word.
