एसआरओ 202, को पीडीपी सरकार साल 2015 में लेकर आई थी, जिसके तहत सरकारी नौकरी में युवाओं को मिलने वाले फायदे से महरुम रखने की कोशिश की गई है। यह केवल न्यूनतम मजदूरी अधिनियम का ही उल्लंघन नहीं कर रहा है बल्कि सुप्रीम कोर्ट के समान कार्य के लिए समान वेतन के निर्णय का भी उल्लंघन है। एसआरओ 202 से सिर्फ रियासत के युवाओं को प्रताड़ित किया जा रहा है और यह राज्य सरकार की युवा विरोधी नीति भी सिद्ध हो रही है।

BJP सरकार महज अपने राजनीतिक मुनाफे के लिए जम्मू शहर की शांति व्यवस्था को खराब करने वाले रोहिंग्याओं को शरण दे रही है, रोहिंग्याओं के बढ़ती तादात से प्रदेश की शांति व्यवस्था बिगड़ती जा रही है और आपराधिक गतिविधियों में काफी बढ़ोतरी हो रही है जिनमें अक्सर रोहिंग्या लिप्त पाये जाते हैं, लेकिन BJP सरकार जानबूझ कर अंजान बनने की कोशिश कर रही है।

जम्मू के मौजूदा हालात इस बात का सबूत हैं कि राज्य मे BJP सरकार सिर्फ अपनी रोटियां सेकने के लिए किस तरह राज्य का माहौल बिगाड़ने की कोशिश कर रही है। राज्य में अराजकता का माहौल है और राज्य में धर्म तथा जाति के नाम पर जनता में नफरत फैलाने का काम किया जा रहा है। जनता से निवेदन है कि भाईचारा और शांति बनाए रखें।

जम्मू सूबा लूटने में चाहे BJP हो या CONGRESS किसी ने कोई कोर कसर नहीं छोड़ी, दोनों ही राजनीतिक पार्टियों ने हमेशा से जम्मू को दरकिनार किया और कभी भी सूबे के उत्थान के लिए कोई ठोस कदम नहीं उठाया। चाहे बिजली पानी की समस्या हो या सूबे के युवाओं को रोजगार के अवसर प्रदान करने की दोनों ही सरकारें इसमें विफल साबित हुई हैं।
