Removal of Nonsense
[edit]I have removed about 99% of this article which was patent nonsense. Google searches produced no results other than wiki mirrors for this player at any of the south american clubs at which he is supposed to have played. The article also contained many outlandish statements such as him eating his own weight in maltesers and playing once for Fortaleza, scoring four times in 18 minutes, then slipping on a hamburger wrapper and rupturing his pelvis on an advertising board, something of which there is no mention in english media.
Aside from these stupid and obviously untrue statements, the article does try to pretend to be factual. However, it is again obvious that it is nonsense when digging a bit deeper. The article claims he played for AS Magenta in the 2008-09 New Caledonia cup but was substituted for not wanting to take a penalty. On the face of things this looks true, AS Magenta were indeed in the final that year and it did end in penalties. Unfortunately this page on RSSSF shows clearly about two thirds of the way down that he was never in the squad at all.
the article itself has been created in the main by two accounts, which I suspect are the same person as both of them only have a few edits and they are all to this article or a few other edits made to make this article look more genuine.
The player is real as the reference shows, it's just his career has been far more mundane than earlier incarnations of this article would suggest. Fenix down (talk) 12:59, 12 September 2012 (UTC)
