Censorshop controversy[edit]

  • This information is taken directly from the primary sources. It appears to have been deleted by Ms. Courville; please see edits to Sarah Courville article where editor from IP address uses first-person when deleting similar materials. Etihwartlu (talk) 23:48, 17 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
  • These are widely reported events. For the record, I know none of these people. If you are unhappy with the tone, please edit -- but tone is copied verbatim from sources -- rather than deleting. It seems that the subject of the article has been editing the pieces herself; I am hopeful that the editor who removed is not personally connected to her. 172.110.215.191 (talk) 01:50, 18 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I deleted the material because none of the sources cited satisfy Wikipedia's guidelines concerning reliable sources, which is especially important when they're being used to make contentious claims about living people.
Now you indicate that you copied it verbatim from its sources. That is a violation of copyright law.
Before you restore the material, please build consensus for its inclusion at the BLP noticeboard. Thank you. — Malik Shabazz Talk/Stalk 02:28, 18 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
