Ownership
[edit]Apparently the premonsterian abbey site of Leiston Abbey is owned by St Edmondsbury and Ipswich Diocese - deed dated 17/12/1964 and not by Pro Corda. It is managed (not owned) by the Pro Corda Trust through a Maintained Properties Agreement. However various buildings on the site ie Leiston Abbey House, barn and Guesten hall are owned by Pro Corda - does anyone have any different information or want to comment on this?
