Food Tag[edit]

Restaurant?[edit]

The tower contains a revolving restaurant and observation platform (in the first disc-shaped pod; now closed to the public for security reasons)

completion[edit]

Emporis has the following: The effective construction period was only 67 months. Construction was halted because the Iraqi invasion. The work continued in 1993 and the tower was officially opened on 10 March 1996, hence the name "Liberation Tower".

There reads: It was meant to be called The Kuwait Telecommunications Tower.
