Where is/was Wendell College?
I'm trying to track down the college mentioned in Monica Sone's memoir, Nisei Daughter. She says that during WW2, she was allowed to enroll in Wendell College in Indiana--but I can't find any mention of this school online other than her book. She says the school was in the southern part of the state, on the Ohio River, and affiliated with the Presbyterian church. Did the school change its name or close? Thanks. A: The only currently active college in the state of Indiana affiliated with one of the Presbyterian churches is Hanover College. It is near the Ohio river. http://www.hanover.edu/abouthanover/facts/ I found this by searching http://www.campuspicker.com. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 126.96.36.199 (talk) 03:56, 3 February 2010 (UTC)
