Are we including Acting Ministers?[edit]

Rufai was sacked last week, and at the present time the Minister of State (Mr. Nyesom Wike) is the Acting Minister. Should we include him on this list, or wait until there is an actual appointment? Dracunculus (talk) 22:26, 16 September 2013 (UTC)[reply]
