Kanpur (Mayoral Constituency)List of mayors of Kanpur – "Mayoral constituency" is not a thing. Places have mayors because they're cities, not because they're "mayoral constituencies", and as near as I can tell the creator used this non-standard title out of some misguided notion that lists of cities' mayors had to somehow conform to the same naming convention as articles about legislative constituencies in the Lok Sabha or a state legislature. They don't, however; a list of a city's mayors goes at "List of mayors of City", not at "City (Mayoral Constituency)". But when I recently attempted to move Varanasi (Mayoral Constituency) to the correct title, the creator moved it back again without explaining the action, and when I brought it to the attention of WikiProject India for clarification my request went completely unaddressed.
