Title of page is wrong and needs to be changed

I made some changes to the article, with an explanation why the name of this page is wrong and should be changed to Lordship of Winneburg and Beilstein. Is it possible?

I also cleaned up the infobox, among other thing deleting County, Count and..... "President" (!?)--Lubiesque (talk) 14:15, 19 January 2015 (UTC)[reply]
