Still awarded for performances in the previous year?
[edit]Are we confident that the trophy is still awarded for performances in the previous year? It seems to me more likely that Ferrari would have received the 2017 award for their performance in 2017 (4 wins, 2nd in the WCC) rather than their performance in 2016 (0 wins, 3rd in the WCC). Thoughts? DH85868993 (talk) 09:27, 5 November 2017 (UTC)
- @DH85868993: From what my research has found, Ferrari received the award in honour of the 70th anniversary of its founding. MWright96 (talk) 08:16, 13 August 2019 (UTC)

WikiProjects
[edit]I've replace {{WikiProject Motorsport}} with {{WikiProject Formula One}} as the lead clearly identifies this as being a Formula One specific award.
