Per WP:MOSCAPS ("Wikipedia avoids unnecessary capitalization") and WP:TITLE, this is a generic, common term. Looks like the article creator simply thought we use title case in article titles. Tony (talk) 09:56, 13 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]

  • Support. The nominator forgot to give a rationale, but it is blindingly obvious. "Lottery bond" is a common noun, not a proper name. The whole article is written about "lottery bounds" in lower case. Why was this not a technical request? JIP | Talk 19:47, 23 December 2013 (UTC)[reply]
