This article talk page is for discussing improvements to the article, not for general discussion of the article's topic. The only info we have about the song is what is in the article. - SummerPhDv2.0 03:09, 18 August 2016 (UTC)
I can see LeMans' point, the songs are similar and "Stinks" could be a tongue in cheek parody of "Hurts". His asking is a simple way to improve the article via collaboration...if anyone had a reliable source that this is what the songwriters intended, then that person could include it in the article. The result of the move request was: Album moved, song not moved, main title disambiguated, per unanimous suggestions and agreement of OP. — JFGtalk 11:10, 16 December 2017 (UTC)
– "Love Stinks" is far more commonly intended to reference the J. Geils Band song than it is intended for their album of the same name. The titles should be moved, as shown, per WP:PRIMARYTOPIC. --John Cline (talk) 05:15, 7 December 2017 (UTC)
Support album move, but then oppose song move, and instead move Love Stinks (disambiguation) over the baseline. No one topic satisfied the second criteria here. (and a lot of incoming links to the baseline are from Love Stinks (film), nothing to do with either album or song). In ictu oculi (talk) 09:57, 7 December 2017 (UTC)
Per In ictu oculi as first choice, per nom as second. The song is clearly closer to primary topic and more notable than the album, but it's not clear that the either are in fact the primary topic. — SMcCandlish☏¢ >ʌⱷ҅ᴥⱷʌ< 16:03, 13 December 2017 (UTC)
In ictu oculi gives sound reason with his or her rebuttal. I am not averse to closing this as a topic without a primary.--John Cline (talk) 02:09, 15 December 2017 (UTC)
Support album move, Oppose song move. There are too many items to disambiguate from, and no obvious primary topic, therefore the main title Love Stinks should be a DAB page. — JFGtalk 11:04, 16 December 2017 (UTC)
