Article name

I feel that this article would best be served by renaming to Case of Luciano Arruga. Luciano Arruga fails the WP:GNG as being famous for one event. –– Jezhotwells (talk) 18:00, 31 July 2010 (UTC)[reply]

I think that paragraph should be removed.
