Pisang agung = banana or plantain?

That's a banana that has to be cooked? If so, it's better to call it a plantain. I suggest:

One of the famous food products from this region is pisang agung, a kind of plantain (the Indonesian word for banana or plantain is pisang) which weighs up to 3 kilograms and measures up to half a meter.
