Oppose books and news indicate that for once there is a good claim to Primary Topic by both criteria. Also if moving it cannot go to Mass Transit Railway as no-one knows MTR (Hong Kong) by the full name. I doubt almost anyone in Asia would know what MTR stood for. I'm not seeing that at all in books; most of the book hits are about the old Materials Testing Reactor, it looks like. News, yes, it's common. And no objection to MTR (Hong Kong) or other variant. Dicklyon (talk) 00:12, 18 December 2017 (UTC)[reply]

Oppose. I was going to say that instead of Mass Transit Railway it should be Hong Kong MTR or MTR (Hong Kong), since the majority of web sources call it simply "MTR". But MTR is known worldwide as the name of Hong Kong's transit system, as seen from news and web sources.
