In addition to the boilerplate fair use template, you must also write out on the image description page a specific explanation or rationale for why using this image in each article is consistent with fair use.

The talk and article pages for Maighread Ní Dhomhnaill were recently moved to Maighréad Ní Dhomhnaill. I have reverted those moves. Although Ní Dhomhnaill originally spelled her name 'Maighréad', the commonly used name and official artist name is now 'Maighread', which even more reflects the pronunciation of the name.--Theosony (talk) 12:03, 8 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]
That was me that changed it!... Sorry I thought it fairly trivial, otherwise I'd have signalled it here. You can find semi-official examples with and without (mostly without, true)... and effectively Idir an Da Sholas (2000) doesn't have the accent. I have an accent in my name, and couldn't even tell you if books I wrote have or do not have the accent, but I prefer to put it when I think of it.
