State holiday in Illinois?

I don't think this article is right about Malcolm X Day being a state holiday in Illinois. I think the sources are being misinterpreted. This is the state's list of government holidays, and Malcolm X Day isn't listed. Can anybody cite an official Illinois website that clarifies the status of Malcolm X Day there? 66.87.115.175 (talk) 07:14, 29 December 2015 (UTC)[reply]
