Correction Required

[edit]

Inaccuracies in the initial Google Earth pop-up for Manilla NSW Au need correcting, but the entry is either protected, or we just can't find the page link. Manilla Au's Google location is:- 30°44'47.20"S - 150°43'12.11"E

The 2 phrases - the problem text and an additional edit in caps are...

"Manilla has significant Indigenous heritage, the Waterloo Creek Massacre having occurred in the area."
"NOT CORRECT: WATERLOO CREEK OCCURRED SOUTH-WEST OF MOREE, SEVERAL HUNDRED KM FROM MANILLA."

Whilst a correction has been added to both the full Manilla article and the Waterloo Creek article linking from the pop-up, it would be far better if the 2 statements were to be removed altogether from the introduction. Can we achieve this? Kmunik8 au 11:13, 8 May 2007 (UTC)[reply]

Another correction is needed here. The 1975 rugby league World Cup was not held in New Zealand. SteveD 10th May 2008. 11:27 am. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 124.179.105.68 (talk) 01:28, 10 May 2008 (UTC)[reply]
