Place of birth discrepancies

Can we reconcile the contradictory place of birth?

The text states Yorkshire but the side-bar state Norwich.

There seem to be competing references.

- reference #3 indirectly (via https://williams.gen.nz/thomcold.html) states she was christened in Norwich on the 28th of December, which implies she was born in Norwich, https://williams.gen.nz/images/treecold.jpg states she was born in Norwich.

- https://www.williamsmuseum.org/marianne-williams states she was born in Norwich and its footnote [1] also cites contradictory references.

- reference #7 (https://teara.govt.nz/en/biographies/1w24/williams-marianne) states she was born in Yorkshire but does not cite a reference supporting that.

I cannot find any other online references that support Yorkshire that ultimately do not cite https://teara.govt.nz/en/biographies/1w24/williams-marianne NickBreen (talk) 03:52, 12 March 2023 (UTC)[reply]
