Page moved to a different name. Vegaswikian (talk) 06:44, 8 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

User:Enkross/Mary JordanMary Jordan – The original Mary Jordan page should be really Mary Catherine Jordan. The Mary Jordan I added doesn't have a middle name, unfortunately. It makes more sense to move old MJ to MCJ than to make another disambiguation page. Jordan 17:07, 1 July 2011 (UTC)

Another move

[edit]

On closer scrutiny, all sources refer to Mary Catherine Jordan by the short form, so I've moved that article to Mary Jordan (journalist) and converted Mary Jordan to a disambiguation page. Favonian (talk) 10:14, 8 July 2011 (UTC)[reply]

unsourced allegations

[edit]

the following contents were in parentheses on the main entry, and now removed as they were unsourced and thus do not conform to BLP. Removed:

  • {Jordan was sued by the Jack Smith estate for her illegal use of art works owned by the estate}
  • {this nonprofit no longer exists}
  • {the project was a failure with only eleven water towers with art}

"Failure" is not NPOV, if this is brought back in, the appropriate wording would be "ended in..." Hundnase (talk) Hundnase (talk) 05:47, 15 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]

also removed another aspect that shouldn't be on this page, making unsourced reference to other living people Hundnase (talk) Hundnase (talk) 05:51, 15 October 2023 (UTC)[reply]
