I think these two groups mentioned in the article are the same, but I can't resolve the differences in the details between the sources. My suspicion is that Anjoman Hemmat Khavatin (the Society for the Efforts of Women) is correct, since it is mentioned on the Persian Wikipedia page (per Google Translate), but maybe someone who can read the original sources could look in to this.
