Many of the sections are directly plagiarised from this article: https://ubuntunationalinstitute.wordpress.com/2020/06/02/culture-vampunda-bantu-people-of-southern-africa/ For example the sections War with the Chokwe, War with the Luvale, and Resistance to Portuguese occupation of Mbundaland just to name a few.
