[edit]Victor Manuel Blanco was not Chilean, he was a Puerto Rican astronomer born in 1918 in the town of Guayama, Puerto Rico who became the 2nd director of the Cerro Tololo Observatory in Chile. I will write and post his biography soon. Tony the Marine (talk) 00:34, 10 July 2009 (UTC)
