Media Source → Media Source Inc. – Several reasons.

The page being at this title is very unhelpful for readers and fails WP:PRECISE. This name in bare form is intolerably ambiguous; "media source" is a common phrase and used in names of many other companies and services and non-commercial things. Media source should probably be a disambiguation page (with an entry for mass media or something as the main entry, and Media Source a redirect to it. Some other things with this name are Media Source Extensions (a Web spec from W3C), Media Source Extensions API (Mozilla), MediaSource Inc., Media Source Corp. (MediaSource.net), MediaSource IS (mediasourcetv.com), MediaSource Web API (Mozilla), MediaSource (an ExoPlayer library; Google), and numerous other things, any number of which might be notable or covered/coverable at a section or list (e.g., the APIs and libraries probably mostly pertain to the W3C spec and could be covered in an embedded list).
This particular company is very unlikely to be the WP:PRIMARYTOPIC for this phrase; they don't even show up in Google searches for "media source" until a ways into the second page of hits, well below half a dozen other companies (and many more non-company topics).
This fails WP:RECOGNIZABLE anyway (and thus surely WP:COMMONNAME, though a company this obscure is difficult to do a statistical frequency analysis on). The company identifies itself with all three words in its name: it's website is MediaSourceInc.com, and its primary brand/subsidiary is MSI Information Services (not "MS"). But the company is not frequently written about (much less under another name) by RS, so any reader familiarity with it is going to be under the name Media Source Inc. or MSI. WP:ABOUTSELF is also a factor (within the bounds of how we apply WP:OFFICIALNAMES): the company calls itself Media Source Inc (this is the formal title of their homepage in the URL bar, if your browser renders the <title> in that way, as most modern browsers do).

Post-move cleanup: An entry for this company should be added to MSI (disambiguation), and we also need redirects from Media Source Inc, Media Source, Inc., Media Source, Inc with {{R from modification}}, and MSI Information Services with {{R from trademark}} and {{R from subtopic}}. The lead, infobox, and other text will need to be adjusted. Media Source (company), Media source (disambiguation), and Media Source (disambiguation), should redirect to the eventual Media source disambiguation page with {{R from alternative disambiguation}}.
