Much of the article was directly copied word for word from a private website. I reworded most of the article due to concerns of copyright violations which was my main concern due to a previous editor who did this on other articles as well. The article now has a much better layout but still needs a layout expert. It could also use an official military picture, ribbon display, measurement conversions, etc. The references need much work but I do not have time to figure out how to fix them right now.
