Untitled

What exactly does the notability tag mean, and how can I fix the problem? Particularly talking to Cindamuse who tagged it as such. Please do not delete this article. I already showed it to the real Melsahn Basabe and he approved of the factual content with one minor exception that i already fixed, so i don't see that angle either. Please help.
