Slogan origins

[edit]

Metronatual is a slogan derived from Metrosexual. I'm adding this BACK TO THE ARTICLE. DO NOT REMOVE IT.--Ragemanchoo 15:47, 27 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]

I've removed it. It is a baseless claim if it does not come with a reliable-source reference. Please see WP:OR about additions which have no reference, and which are termed "original research". Skybunny 22:22, 29 October 2007 (UTC)[reply]
I've removed it, too. It was re-added by the same user, without any reference as to the source of the claim. --Waif2k (talk) 17:36, 3 April 2008 (UTC)[reply]
And removed yet again. Delicious carbuncle (talk) 17:30, 12 May 2009 (UTC)[reply]
Good removals. I do not believe that the term was derived from Metrosexual, but when the slogan was revealed, there was a public outcry about it and the similarity to Metrosexual (http://www.seattlepi.com/local/289518_metronatural21.html). Eauhomme (talk) 15:12, 17 September 2010 (UTC)[reply]

Press Release Quote

[edit]

I reverted the minor numbering changes on the press release quote to match exactly the text in the source press release. It may seem minor, but if it is a quote directly from the original text, then the quote should be exact (to avoid editorializing). If Exclaim wishes to modify their original press release, then the quote and its reference can be changed accordingly.

Who?

[edit]

"created for Chris"? Whiskey tango foxtrot is "Chris"? That really ought to be explained (or omitted).2fs (talk) 05:38, 14 December 2009 (UTC)[reply]
