I tagged this as a hoax as there is obvious misinformation in it. The box says the Mexican highway is maintained by California. The miles and kilometres are not the same distance. - GBfan00:24, 15 December 2016 (UTC)[reply]
I just rewrote the article in its entirety. Since 15 and 15D are usually separate (and each of the segments has its own history), I personally favor separate articles for the toll roads.
