Removing {{notability}} tag[edit]

I am removing the {{notability}} tag from this article. The revision history shows that the tag was added on 4 April 2013 by User:Unforgettableid. Thereafter, Unforgettableid nominated the page for proposed deletion, with the following rationale:

Unsourced BLP which reads like an advertisement. Because the BLP is unsourced, it by definition fails WP:42. Because it fails WP:42, it should be deleted.
— User:Unforgettableid 22:42, 17 April 2013

After initially withdrawing the PROD and then reinstating it, User:Arxiloxos deprodded the article, noting:

Deprodded, added sources. A distinguished composer of Jewish music, so described in many sources. Article still needs editing, esp. to reduce promo tone.
— User:Arxiloxos 07:07, 28 August 2013

I agree with Arxiloxos that Isaacson meets WP:GNG and WP:COMPOSER, per several sources cited in the article and WP:SIGCOV of the article subject over the years. Since no talk page discussion was started when the tag was placed, and "it reasonably appears that the template did not belong when placed" (WP:WTRMT), I am removing the tag. voorts (talk/contributions) 20:49, 30 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]

The tag has now been removed. voorts (talk/contributions) 21:00, 30 April 2023 (UTC)[reply]
