"the" in title

[edit]

What is the word "the" doing in the current title "Minor exorcism in the Christianity"? In the old title, before the article was expanded beyond its sectarian roots, "Minor exorcism in the Catholic Church", the "the" made sense. I can see no basis for it now. --Bejnar (talk) 16:10, 21 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Hi User:Bejnar, I must have left "the" in the title by accident. Feel free to remove the word "the" from the title. Thank you! With regards, AnupamTalk 17:45, 21 June 2014 (UTC)[reply]

Reference to Benedict XVI's call for exorcists

[edit]

A previous edit included a sentence that Benedict XVI had called for every Catholic diocese to have at least one exorcist. This is true, but it refers to the appointment of a priest authorised to conduct major exorcisms, and is not relevant to the status of the minor order of exorcist.
