Feelings

[edit]

Since the part about the Offspring's version of "Feelings" got removed twice, I'm not adding it back to the article. I wonder if the song really deserves its own article... it would be a short one for sure. antiuser 06:53, 2 June 2006 (UTC)[reply]

I got it back from the history...

-- American punk rock band The Offspring recorded their own version of "Feelings" for their 1998 album Americana. Their version featured different lyrics, changing the meaning of the song, from love to hate. --

I think it's well written and it shouldn't be removed from the article. The version from Offspring is interesting (it's sang with hate, which is more realistic for some cases). It's censure! Unacceptable!!

About FEELINGS : Since this song brought stardom to Morris Albert, how strange it is not to see anything here about the legal proceedings leaded by french song-writer Louis Gaste who claimed to be the actual writer of this song, back in 1956 (or so). Gaste actually won his case. Would'nt it be fair to mention this here and also within the main Morris Albert page? Nevertheless, Albert did an excellent cover of this song: good english lyrics and a great voice. What a hit! This information was initially listed in this article (which I started), but it was later removed and instead added to the article about the song itself. - ||| antiuser 11:06, 15 March 2009 (UTC)[reply]

Unencyclopedic

[edit]

Much of this article is unencyclopedic in nature. Unfortunately I don't know the correct way to put that tag on it so have left the word in triple {s there as a flag Martyn Smith (talk) 22:50, 7 September 2011 (UTC)[reply]
