His book on the subject talks of the inevitible conflict between capital and labor, and the inevitability of the armed struggle, and a lot more like that. Were these always his opinions, or were they inserted by the Marxists and anarchists in the IWW? It seems odd he should have held such opinions, working for the agency all those years. Unless he was an infiltrator himself. The article needs expansion about who the subject was, and the course of his life.
