It deserves its own article, or will when there are enough sources for it. I've left it in red for now on a number of pages.

I am not clear on Egyptian copyright law in regards to government documents and publications (i.e., does it mirror US law and put those works in the public domain?). If someone who speaks Arabic or can wade through copyright and government documents figure that out? You would have my gratitude.
