Why is it that the Cotswolds, which stretch as far south as as Somerset are mentioned in the Midlands section, yet Parts of Holland is in the south east England section when it is as far north as Liverpool?! 82.5.217.254 (talk) 16:39, 22 February 2009 (UTC)[reply]

What is your definition of upland ? Why don't you take: land exceeding 300 m ( 1000feet) In that case Exmoor, and North York moors are upland. But you skip all the little ones in the south east and Cotswolds (has almost only Cleeve Hill ).
