Al Kahtani is accused of being a senior member of al Qaeda.
He is believed to have been the brains behind a daring, high-profile escape from a high-security prison, in the middle of a large USAF base. I am frankly surprised that the tag placer does not recognize that as satisfying our notability criteria. Geo Swan (talk) 03:58, 20 September 2009 (UTC)
