History

[edit]

Let's see what else we can dig up about New London's history. If nothing else, it's sure been around a long time -- the New England factor working in our advantage! If I can't find anything from a reliable source online, I'll hit up the library here. -- Protocoldroid 17:51, 14 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Great! I don't know what I can do from 1:15 hours away (Center Harbor) but let me know :) -- SatyrTN
There's certainly no rush :) Anyways, I did try to google up some history, the historical society's website has, well, zero history :) ...Looks like I might be hitting up the library. Maybe tomorrow if I get a chance. I should snap a shot of the gazebo too, add a little "flare" if nothing else. -- Protocoldroid 20:29, 14 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]

Historic USGS Topos

[edit]

Historic Topos from the USGS, at UNH

Looks like we span two quads (which I believe is -still- the case from looking at modern topos), anyhow, at some point in the near future I'll bring these into photoshop and try to splice together the whole of NL. -- Protocoldroid 20:19, 15 August 2006 (UTC)[reply]
