Nibelungid neologism?
[edit]Can anyone produce some reliable sources that call this family "Nibelungids" rather than "Nibelungs"?--Ermenrich (talk) 22:55, 8 July 2018 (UTC)
“ The dynasty got its name from Childebrand's heir, Nibelung I ("The Historian").”
[edit]What does the aforesaid fully mean? Why? and why is there nowt link to this ‘Nibelung I the historian’ ? 2A00:23C7:2B13:9001:15E3:5A4C:8600:F6C3 (talk) 02:30, 1 April 2023 (UTC)
- It means that people call the Nibelungids the Nibelungids because of Nibelung I, apparently called “the Historian”. There’s no link to him because no one has made an article about him.—Ermenrich (talk) 12:04, 1 April 2023 (UTC)
