This article sounds pretty positive considering some of the sleazy things he did. Many Angelenos still remember when he argued that the 14th should include a slice of downtown despite making no sense whatsoever.

I agree. As a 14th District L.A. councilmember, Pacheco was sleezy, disrespectful to community members, and he too often looked out solely for his own personal interests as opposed to the best interests of the community. I recently saw him interacting with people at an event and he hasn't changed his shameful ways.

I nominated this page for speedy deletion as I felt this subject wasn't notable based on the information listed currently on the page. It was overturned, which I agreee with, especially looking at Mr Pacheco's history and doing more research it should have a wikipedia.
