Album highlights

[edit]

In the first paragraph, when discussing No More Drama (song), the last sentence read, “It's constant piano track builds throughout the song to an intense finish as Blige admits that "maybe I like the stress," but "I don't wanna cry no more."” That is incorrectly quoted for two reasons: first, the lyric is “Or maybe I liked the stress/'Cuz I was young and restless” (my emphasis on the verb tense); secondly, that lyric is present in an earlier part of the song where she's calmly regretting (relative to the end of the song) past mistakes. I changed the sentence to “Its constant piano track builds throughout the song to an intense finish as Blige cries out for help saying, "Lord help me say/NO/MORE/DRAMA!"” --Jaybeeunix 19:35, 24 July 2006 (UTC)[reply]

about Dance for me of Standard edition

[edit]

Hi, MJB fan of you in USA. I love Mary Jane Blige, and her songs. So…, I think that a rapper of Track 11 Dance for me(Standard edition) is Ahkim Miller, and this name is credited in the liner notes.

Actually, this rapper's voice(Standard edition) sounds little low and sticky than Common's voice, I hear it different from Common's rap in 2002 re-release Track10.

Featuring Common is credited clarify in the liner notes of 2002 re-release(change version), so I think Ahkim Miller isn't Common. In Japanese liner notes, Ahkim Miller is inferred that a person who is a Bruce Miller(Mary's brother)'s relative. I don't know what written in US liner notes, please teach me about wonder who Ahkim Miller, or equal Common. Sorry for my poor English conversation. See you... --みしまるもも (talk) 02:25, 28 August 2019 (UTC)[reply]
