it is a bit too early to list the exact concept for selection

[edit]

nrk usually spends a lot of time deciding on the concept so it could change.84.212.73.96 (talk) 21:35, 1 August 2016 (UTC)[reply]

Norwegian wiki pages

[edit]

OnWikiNo Is all this adding of the Norwegian wiki articles really necessary? (And this goes for the 2013 to 2016 articles too.) None of the other countries have this feature. Chansey113 (talk) 17:09, 7 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]

@Chansey113: I really don't know, if you ask me. It's not all in Norwegian, some in Swedish too (since half of the songwriters are borrowed from Sweden). Few to none of the persons mentioned in the tabbels has an English Wikipedia article, some of them more notable than others. So the easiest way to identify the persons listed, is to give it the opportunity to create an article later (that corresponds to the Norwegian/Swedish one).
When it comes to the song called "Mesterverk", it's spelled like I wrote, and not like "Mestervek", something that doesn't make any sense. If you check the official presentation on NRK's webpages you kan see the original titles of the songs. I have seen some later blog articles created after the presentation, that mispronunciation the title like you did. It's therefore important to check the original source first. --OnWikiNo (talk) 19:25, 7 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
Yeah, I find all these foreign-language links to be very unnecessary and unpleasant to the eye. { [ ( jjj 1238 ) ] } 20:18, 7 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
I'm not gonna preventing people from removing it, but just let me know in that cause. Is it then better to use [:no:example|exsample]? It sure looks better, but it doesn't let you know it's a redirect to a non-English Wikipedia. I can agree that {ill|example|no} doesn't look good ether, but it can be useful in some causes. --OnWikiNo (talk) 21:45, 7 February 2017 (UTC)[reply]
