Is this a joke?
[edit]Whoever made this article is obviously a prankster no one has ever phtographed a live megalodon because it went extinct long before our species evolved this article should be deleted —Preceding unsigned comment added by Crypto457 (talk • contribs) 20:22, 27 July 2010 (UTC)
- No this is not a joke article. It just happens that a vandal decided to link this article/artist in the edits of the Megalodon taxobox image. Please read the article before implying that an article is fake and should be deleted. --Kevmin § 23:31, 27 July 2010 (UTC)
you're right I guess I should be less harsh and critical it's hard these days to tell which is a real article and which ones a prank (Crypto457 (talk) 20:05, 28 July 2010 (UTC))
- Actually not really, all you have to do is check the history and the citations. The history will tell you how long an article has been around while the citations show how verifiable the information is. If its very new and lacks citations then is the time to be skeptical.--Kevmin § 20:13, 28 July 2010 (UTC)
