100% efficiency?!
[edit]Extraordinary claims require extraordinary evidence. While the subject seems notable, neither of the sources provided nor the auxiliary link even implies something so astounding. I'd have to say change it to "more efficient" unless a source with a number can be found. Scythe33 (talk) 04:19, 30 January 2008 (UTC)
Primary colors
[edit]What is the point of mentioning the lifespan of yellow LEDs? Magenta, yellow, and cyan are the primary pigments. Red, green, and blue are the primary colors of light, and are the primary color elements of every full-color display since the color TV's introduction. I think the author may be confused by the typical art-school "red, yellow, blue" misnomers for magenta, yellow, and cyan.
Go ahead and change it?
Also, the the life-span ratio of red/green vs blue should be sourced. —Preceding unsigned comment added by 71.231.183.2 (talk) 20:44, 14 May 2008 (UTC)

[edit]For reasons above, and single ref, I added tag to improve refs. Widefox (talk) 19:24, 4 January 2010 (UTC)
