I want to make all those aware whom support Teachers College Columbia University aware of what takes place in the facilities management department. Here we have a director/ leader whom retaliates against his employees who voice concerns over unfair treatment dignity and respect.
Here at teachers College we should all be working together to create a fond learning experience for the students, staff and employees. Brain Alford , Dennis Dumias, and Cherie Haggard, Waverly Candid. These individuals are responsible for creating a unfair work environment.
I’ve got a daughter fighting stage 4 Cancer Neuroblastoma and during my most difficult time which I come to experience, I’ve been harassed falsely written up, out casted made to perform unsafe tasks which have left me injured in some instances. Management has ignored my request continuously as well as my concerns. This has been going on for the last almost 3 years. I’ve grieved all of these matters and concerns with my Union and National Labor Board of Review.
I’m looking to sue moving forward if my determination comes back that I’m within just cause to do so. I want all Donors and supporters of Teachers College Columbia University to be made aware of exactly what kind of learning environment they are financing. 160.39.69.28 (talk) 01:45, 27 January 2023 (UTC)[reply]
