Date of birth
[edit]When was she born? Back in the twenties? 81.224.253.60 (talk) 04:43, 31 August 2014 (UTC)
1929? 81.224.253.60 (talk) 21:25, 23 September 2014 (UTC)
- This and this suggests she was born in 1930 (and with an actual date!). Crisso (talk) 17:19, 3 May 2020 (UTC)
Patsy was interviewed last year for New Idea magazine, and her age given in the article fits in with the 1930 date. Although I'm not sure New Idea is considered an especially reliable source, but it does seem like 1930 is the most likely date. Crisso (talk) 12:57, 19 September 2022 (UTC)
- I've added the New Idea article as a source. Anyone please feel free to disagree. Crisso (talk) 13:24, 19 September 2022 (UTC)
Questionable Sourcing
[edit]After looking into some of the unclickable book sources used in this article, I've discovered at least two of them (the PCBH titles by Sinclair and Lane) are novelisation/tie-ins, none have page numbers listed, one doesn't even have a ISBN or even the correct author/editor name. Could it be that these are purposefully vague in order not to reveal that they don't actually contain the info they're meant to be sourcing? I'm going do a bit more research and keep an eye out for better sources. Any other constructive edits here would be most welcome. Crisso (talk) 14:20, 19 September 2022 (UTC)
- It's only anecdotal, but the Bourke book (Prisoner Cell Block: H - Behind the Scenes, 1990) is known in Prisoner circles to be unreliable, containing many factual errors.Bennycat (talk) 05:54, 7 January 2023 (UTC)
