Restored to draft

After a request at the deleting admin's talk page, this article has been restored as a draft so that I can work on it a bit. I did see some potential sources brought up at the AFD by Colonel Warden, and I have a source of my own with some info on him. BOZ (talk) 17:19, 3 February 2015 (UTC)[reply]
