I've rearranged article to make it more coherent and removed a lot of points that were unreferenced or irrelevant. Also, a lot of points simply reiterated the same things in a slightly different manner so I removed some unnecessary ones and incorporated others into the information I added to try and clean up the page a bit more.

The section on ‘Paranormal, religious, and conspiratorial perspectives’ needs more information/references. A few of the points here could be expanded, for example the ‘imaginal realm hypothesis’ could be explained/discussed further. I’m also not sure about the ‘drug induced hallucinations’ section as I couldn’t find the article it discusses.

I don’t think the section on individual perspectives is entirely necessary and suggest it be removed, but others may think differentlyHsolomon89 (talk) 00:05, 11 June 2012 (UTC)[reply]
