Seicercus should be merged

The ongoing research by Alstrom may indeed result in a reclassification of many species within the family Phylloscopidae. However, before merging any articles, we should wait until these changes are recognized by the IOC or other authorities. Loopy30 (talk) 12:05, 10 May 2018 (UTC)
