Point of view
[edit]This page doesn't read objectively. For instance, "the US and our allies" - very US-centric. Also not updated recently, refers to a 2014 deadline.
Agreed, there is a lot of editorializing on this page that needs to be edited. --░ nozkrov ░•talk 19:46, 20 May 2019 (UTC)
Needs to follow the template/look of similar articles
[edit]This needs to look similar to other "political position of" articles. For example, a template saying this article is part of series on Warren.--Lucas559 (talk) 00:27, 29 July 2015 (UTC)
- The template has since been added. -- Beland (talk) 19:06, 17 October 2019 (UTC)
China, Xinjiang province
[edit]The assertion «China has been holding as many as 1 million Muslims in "re-education" camps» may be true (or not). As a factual assertion, it needs a reference about facts, not a partisan letter of a group of lawyers claiming that… Otherwise, the assertion should be rephrased as «Some claim that China…». --Dominique Meeùs (talk) 08:05, 17 February 2019 (UTC)
- This is now attributed to a UN report. -- Beland (talk) 19:07, 17 October 2019 (UTC)

Some trimming needed
[edit]This article has become very long and out of date. For example::"
- In June 2019, along with Bernie Sanders and Cory Booker, Warren sent a letter to the Federal Communications Commission (FCC) and Department of Justice requesting an investigation into the acquisition of 21 regional sports networks by Sinclair Broadcast Group as the senators found Sinclair to have "an explicit interest in, and commitment to, relaying partisan political messages to its viewers — making its recent anti competitive expansion attempts into millions of additional households all the more concerning."[12]
Like this one there are many "sent a letter" edits. Would there be any objection to trimming excessive and out of date copy? Sectionworker (talk) 14:43, 29 April 2022 (UTC)
